The University Apartments is top quality living and learning environment providing students with a convenient home just steps away from classes and Swilley Library.  Enjoy your privacy with our roommate-friendly floor proommate-friendlyes locks on each bedroom door with access to private or semi-private bathrooms.  All units contain a kitchen with major appliances and a bar separating the kitchen from a nicely appointed living room.  With one, two and four-bedroom unit options and a cost that's all-inclusive (rates include all utilities, basic expanded cable package, free laundry facility usage and Wifi) you're bound to,  find just what you're looking for on the Graduate and Professional campus located in Atlanta.

Summers are optional, however, enrollment is required to be eligible for any semester a student resides in the University Apartments.

Bedroom: bed (single, 80" long twin), drawer chest, desk, and desk chair
Living room:  armchair, sofa, end table, coffee table, and a small bookshelf 
Kitchen: refrigerator w/ icemaker, oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal & counter top bar
Bathroom: shower/tub combination or shower only in handicapped designated spaces
