The Garden Apartments are typically reserved for upperclassmen students. They are one-, two-, three- and four-person single-occupancy apartments. Located between the University Center and Mercer Police, all bedrooms within the Garden Apartments are single spaces with shared baths, furnished living room and kitchen.  All  bedrooms come furnished with twin beds, desks, desk chairs and dressers.
